• <H3> A journal of a Wife & Mother who is in Recovery from Addiction & Mental Illness. Striving to break the stigma against Methadone Maintenance Treatment by sharing my story with hopes that it will inspire others to do the same. Being in recovery for almost 8 years I've noticed the huge Stigma on Methadone Maintenance Treatment and the lack of support groups out in the real world as well as the cyber world. Like anything out there it is abused by some and used properly by others and I know for me it has helped me to live a healthy life and be a better wife and mother. This is a Online Community where people from all different walks of Recovery can share their story without any judment being passed. I find that in Recovery healthy living along with support is key! Replace the old negative habits with positive/healthy ones. So enjoy browsing in all the fun topics (As the community Grows).
