• <H4> Sydney Seyfert NP is a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2003 from Oregon State University. In 2010 she earned her Masters in Nursing from number one ranked University of Washington and obtained psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner credentials the same year.
• <H4> She has treated a number of psychiatric conditions in individuals of all ages in settings such as psychiatric hospitals, outpatient clinics, the prison system, the veteran’s administration, as well as private practice.
• <H4> With a special interest in treating trauma survivors, Sydney Seyfert NP is also skilled at treating conditions such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, and personality disorders.
• <H4> Sydney is a Montana native, born and raised in central Montana. She is thrilled after studying and working in Idaho, Oregon, and Washington, to finally be back living and practicing in Montana.
• <H4> While not practicing psychiatry, Sydney is an enthusiastic lover of the outdoors. She finds healing through connecting with nature.

• <H4> Sydney Seyfert, NP offers medication management appointments only at this time. Because most conditions respond best to both medication and psychotherapy, she will gladly refer you to therapists in the community.
• <H4> New patient psychiatric evaluations: 60 – 90 minutes
• <H4> Follow-up medication appointments: 15 – 25 minutes (depending on complexity)
• <H4> Cancellation/No Show policy: The current office policy is that established patients can cancel or reschedule appointments 24 hours before their appointment. Established patients are allowed one no-show or same day cancellation per calendar year. The second no-show or same day cancelation, a $25 fee will be rendered, a third such cancelation or no-show and the patient will be charged $50 and not allowed to reschedule.
• <H4> If a new patient does not show for their initial evaluation, they will not be offered to reschedule.
• <H4> Due to a current substantial demand for mental health services, this policy is critical to maintaining availability for psychiatric services in this community.
• <H4> At this time, no free phone consultations are available.
• <H1> Insurance/Fees
• <H4> Sydney Seyfert, NP is networked with a variety of Insurance companies including Medicaid and Medicare.
