• <H5> Records show employers are everyday choosing to go green, and due to the alarming rate at which technology changes on the daily basis, they are taking away from manual processes. Employers have adapted many new ways of running their businesses and organizations in the follow manner:

• <H5> Time sheets, pay check stubs, W2 forms, retirement plans, and other personal information at the job are now being processed via company intranet and the web;
• <H5> Sending and receiving emails have become a thing of the era that can no longer be ignored;
• <H5> There is a growing phenomenon about computer information storage called Cloud Computing. The cloud helps safeguard your documents and personal information.
• <H5> Typing is a must.
• <H4> Rotating Some Elements of Technology
• <H4> Working with adult students towards learning goals and objectives
• <H4> ...And we open the bridge to learning enthusiasts that need us the most.
• <H5> This is a critical time for anyone to be left behind and miss out on catching up with the computer age. If at all this sort of event was to take place in any one country, we wish and hope it is not the greatest nation of earth. Why? Because it is perceived by most of the rest of the world that America is a key reservoir of all good things on earth, including technology and knowledge.
• <H5> Here at Learn Technology, we’ve identified the dire need of a wide variety of people in our own sector of the society and elsewhere who need to interact with the kind of services we’ve identified to offer to them – basic computer training. So it’s our ultimate goal to bring the two elements together. Technically, we’ve realized this development will be responsible to foster the furtherance of developmental progress involving people everywhere. We understand the further we dig, identify resources, nurture the resources and become ready to deliver, the greater we become fulfilled.
• <H4> An overview of our FAT Policy - the Accountability Factor
• <H5> Flexibility, Accountability, and Transparency (FAT) is our financial policy theme. We‘re committed to making the right policy choices prescribed by the laws governing all in the nation and by the state which we serve. As a lawful requirement, we stand firm into implementing policies and practices that keep our organization in good standing and worthy in the public and private eye.
• <H5> A pretty good yardstick for measuring the success of any endeavor is through accountability, and for any identical organization, is through the implementation of good financial policies and practices. The implementation of checks and balances will break any barrier that could likely lead to financial miss-management and a destruction of good characteristics. Checks and balances are not construed as a lack of trust among units and key players within a process, but as a means of employing trust and confidentiality throughout the system. When fully achieved, this process can be considered an accomplished level of accountability. Everyone has got control of a specified piece of the total pie and the whole pie is under total control.
• <H5> The above situation is where Learn Technology would rather find itself, and it is incumbent upon our leaders to do all it can to properly lead in that direction. Our leaders are seeking to put in place standards to serve as a catalyst for the regularity of a continuing entity – standards to validate our Flexibility, Accountability and Transparency (FAT) policy as a defined set of goals and objectives. It is worth the while for the relentless efforts climbing the insurmountable rock.
• <H5> Our goal is to fully engage in this project and continue to measure the impact we make on our people and to communities in terms of helping to curb unemployment and underemployment.
• <H5> Currently, our program offers a classroom based basic computer training to the people who need the service the most in communities where they need it most, and online.

• <H5> I send personal and Learn Technology greetings to all on the debut of our organization – our program students who are like the  business clients, sponsors and potential sponsors, donors of all kinds, government entities, whose doors we will be knocking on with a request for sponsorship to the cause.
• <H5> Ours is a dream to be achieved, in line with a goal to be accomplished. All coming out of a great passion to instill knowledge and power into others who need it the most, who have not had the opportunities in all their lives, or have missed out in the past because they did not foresee the future.
• <H5> Today is that future the people did not foresee yesterday. Technology has bounced to a height not predicted by the countless number of people everywhere, and technology needs to be caught up with. What do we do, just ignore the situation and let the people drown into nowhere?
• <H5> Let’s think about the following scenario:
• <H5> It is my ardent belief the above scenario and simple cases are not only very important, but critical in context. There are folks who have the youth, time, and other resources to their credits and in their favor to turn things around by enrolling in a favorite traditional community college to arrest the situation for themselves anytime. But for the grandma or grandpa who head off every day to the workplace to earn the principal income for the household, it is almost an impossibility.

• <H5> So, as a federal government, a regional government, a state government, a community government, a community organization, or a community leader, or  private individual, it’s our all responsibilities to step up for those who’re less fortunate today in the technology realm because they did not foresee today from yesterday.
• <H5> After an overview of the facts and scenario presented above, the mind might have captured the realities and facts by now. From our end here at Learn Technology, we’re cognizant of the fact that for the greatest nation on earth – the United States of America – it ought to be the  responsibilities of the fortunate ones to reach down (for the sake of humanity) and extend a helping hand and grab some unfortunate one from drowning.
• <H5> As we take this initiative and begin to steer the ship of extending the hands to those most needing the computer literacy program, we appeal to all to please help.

• <H5> The technology age is ours. Let’s seize the opportunity to utilize its resources to the fullest. Not everyone is technology savvy to have the ability to  figure out the “Get Started” button and proceed with registering and/or completing the booking process during travel. But do we always want to leave this process with the airline attendants? If the answer here is “No”, then it would help to plan to support Learn Technology, Inc. to include a kiosk training in its future programs.
• <H3>  School year and Class Schedules
• <H5> Class schedule remains at 1 class a day for two days a week for each section, until revised;
• <H5> There are currently two sections; Sec 1 – Tu and Th, and Sec 2 – Wed and Fri.
• <H5> Each class section runs for 8 weeks for two days a week totaling 16 hours for the program;
• <H5> The current organized-classroom school year starts the week of February 15 thru week of November 15, until revised;
• <H5> When revised to run during AM and PM hours, walk-in/private sessions begin with organized classes scheduled throughout the day.
